I have shopped at other stores such as gamestop and ebgames, and I have never really felt like I was getting a good deal when I traded in games. I found Super Monkey's Game Repair on citysearch and I must say its the best video game store in south tampa. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I have been having problems with my xbox for several months. I have taken it to a couple of different places and each time I brought it home, the same problem kept popping up. Finally took it to SM Video Game Repairs and it is working like a charm. The owner was courteous, explained things to me in layman terms and even cleaned my system for no additional charge. I couldn't be happier! Regarding the idiots who are continuously spamming local repair people,customers like me who have been looking for a repair person on craigs list and google know who you are and have spread the word that people who sink to such levels definitely WILL NOT be trusted for repairs. It's immature and extremely unprofessional. Maybe you should put a little more time and effort into perfecting your skills and less time slandering your competition so that people like me won't waste their money on your shoddy work. I have been using SUPER MONKEY VIDEO GAME REPAIRS for about 5 years now. I have always been happy with the quality of the work that I receive.The prices are reasonable and fair. I have done business with Super Monkey Repairs twice in the last couple of years and I have never been anything but happy. His prices are fair, he fixes things quickly and fixes them right the first time. I also know several other people who have used his business and they referred me and I will be encouraging them to leave reviews to. Hopefully adults reading these reviews will be able to recognize that apparently someone with nothing better to do with their time is trashing this business. Maybe one day, they'll grow up. Have you SEEN some people who fix...‎‎
By Meredith - May 12, 2010I am a mom of 3 young children who probably own every video game ever made. They break them really fast too. I have used several other repair people who advertise on Craigs List and to tell you the truth, I was terrified when I drove up to their homes. I was afraid to leave my stuff and even more afraid to get out of the car. It's just not safe dealing with people who work out of private homes. If they don't pay the rent, your stuff is gone and so are they. I find it funny that they actually offer warranties. Warranty? against what? that you'll still live there next week....lol... I have used this business and I have been very happy with the service. I even found out that they fix cell phones and they saved me a BUNDLE with a simple repair. Thanks for fixing it before I paid for a new phone.
